So if the Current MLB Free Agents (Fielder, Oswalt, etc....) dont sign by 1/31 (our contract deadline) I am assuming they become Free Agents in our League and we will be bidding on them, we wouldnt be able to put them in our draft bc they wont have Contracts. Is this what will be happening? Thanks

Lets say a team only has 2 players that are free agents, would you post these as RFA and either sign these players through offers and counter offers or sign 2 free agents from elsewhere, and the rest of your 23 players are still on your team?

You don't have to restrict any free agents if you don't want to. Three is just the max. You can sign two other free agents. The other 23 will be on your team next year unless you trade them or drop them. If you drop them, you will have to count 1/2 of their salary for your cap. I hope this answers your question.
